Federal Fair Housing Law

  • Make, print, or publish any statement indicating a preference or limitation
  • Represent that housing is not available when it is available
  • Steer buyers or renters toward or away from neighborhoods based on protected characteristics
  • Deny or limit services related to the sale or rental of housing
  • Retaliate against any person who has exercised fair housing rights
