We are seeking a top-producing luxury residential agent with a proven track record in Manhattan co-ops and condominiums. Minimum 5 years of experience and a demonstrable client book required. You will benefit from BHR's off-market inventory, marketing infrastructure, and the most recognised brand in New York luxury real estate.
Our commercial division is expanding to meet surging institutional investment demand. We need an experienced commercial broker with expertise in mixed-use multifamily acquisitions, office leasing, or retail investment sales. ARGUS proficiency and lender relationship experience are strong advantages.
Represent BHR's growing Hamptons portfolio. Knowledge of the East End market is essential — Southampton, East Hampton, Bridgehampton, Sagaponack, and Montauk. Strong existing network and prior Hamptons transaction experience preferred.
Lead our rapidly expanding Hudson Valley and Upstate New York division. Deep knowledge of the estate, farm, and historic property market from Rhinebeck to Lake Placid is essential. Team leadership experience required.
Lead the launch and sales strategy for BHR-managed new development projects. You will work directly with developers, architects, and marketing teams to create sales programs for the city's most ambitious residential projects.
Join BHR's Brooklyn team with deep expertise in Park Slope, Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn Heights, DUMBO, Williamsburg, and Cobble Hill. Active New York real estate license required. We invest in your growth — mentorship from senior agents is guaranteed.
Drive BHR's brand across all channels — digital campaigns, print, events, PR, and property marketing. You will oversee listing photography, video production, social media, and our quarterly market intelligence publication. 5+ years luxury brand or real estate marketing experience required.
The critical glue between our agents and our clients. You will manage scheduling, correspondence, CRM maintenance, showing coordination, and the full lifecycle of client communications. Luxury hospitality or premium client services background highly preferred.
